Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it is handed over to our shipping carrier and is en route to your selected address. During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated delivery time refers to the transit time once your order has been dispatched. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • USA: 13-17 business days
  • UK: 14-19 business days
  • Australia: 15-21 business days
  • Canada: 11-15 business days
  • Worldwide: 20-30 business days

Please note that during peak times, holidays, or due to customs delays, shipping carriers may experience additional transit delays outside of our control.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It’s important to ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Inaccurate shipping details can cause delays or cancellation. For system-detected issues with your address, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days to verify. If no response is received within this time, we may cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 24 hours. We will do our best to make changes, but cannot guarantee that changes will be made after this timeframe.

Delayed Delivery
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, unexpected delays due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other factors may occur. In such cases, we will work with the courier to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible. PlexiFit is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, but we will do our best to keep you informed and provide assistance if needed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once we hand over your package to our courier, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us via our Contact Us page, and we will assist you as best we can. We recommend filing a claim with the courier directly, and we will also follow up on your behalf.
PlexiFit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be found or delivered.
